Refund Policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
This page explains how cancellations and refunds work for TradeProof AI. It summarises the payment and
refund terms in section 5 of our Terms of Service,
which remain the full terms that apply to your purchase.
1. Free trial
TradeProof AI offers a 7-day free trial. No payment method is required, so nothing is charged during the
trial. If you buy a paid plan during the trial, paid access starts immediately and the trial ends; the
remaining trial days are not added to your paid period.
2. Cancelling a card subscription
- How to cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage billing on your Subscription
page.
- When it takes effect. Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Your access continues
until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
- Refunds on cancellation. Cancelling does not by itself create a refund or credit.
- Downgrades. Downgrading from Elite to Pro takes effect at your next renewal, with no
refund or credit for the remainder of the current period.
- Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may try to collect it again. We do
not remove your access solely because a renewal payment has failed. If the payment cannot be collected
and Paddle cancels the subscription, your paid access ends at that point.
When a paid period ends without renewal, or after a cancellation, access to paid features stops but your
data is retained. Your journal, strategies and reports remain intact and become available again when you
subscribe or pay again.
3. Card payments & refunds (Paddle)
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for
all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Refunds. Refunds for card transactions are handled by Paddle, as Merchant of Record,
in accordance with the Paddle Refund Policy and any statutory
rights that apply to you under consumer protection law.
- How to request a refund. Use the link in your Paddle receipt or visit
paddle.net.
- Invoices and billing details for card payments are provided by Paddle and are
available from Manage billing on your Subscription page.
- Card purchases are also subject to the
Paddle Buyer Terms.
4. USDT payments
USDT payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments.
- Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible. Because of how blockchain
transactions work, USDT payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our
sole discretion.
- If you send less than the required subscription amount, your account will not be upgraded, and the
partial amount is not automatically applied toward a future payment unless you contact support.
- If you send more than the required amount, contact support — overpayments are handled on a case-by-case
basis and are not automatically refunded.
- USDT payments never renew automatically. Each USDT payment covers 30 days.
Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged on a recurring basis, so no amount is ever taken from you
without an action on your part.
- Switching to card. If you start a card subscription while you still have paid USDT time
remaining, the card subscription starts immediately and replaces that remaining time; the remaining days
are not added to the card subscription and are not automatically refunded. You are asked to confirm this
before checkout.
5. Your statutory rights
Refunds are always subject to any statutory rights that apply to you under consumer protection law. Card
refunds follow the Paddle Refund Policy together with those rights, and USDT payments are refunded where
applicable law requires it.
