1. The service — analysis tool, not financial advice

TradeProof AI is a self-tracking and analytics tool that helps traders log their own trades, review their own strategies, and receive AI-generated feedback on whether a logged trade appears consistent with the trader's own stated strategy rules. TradeProof AI is a journaling and discipline-tracking tool only. It does not execute trades, does not connect to any broker or exchange account, and does not manage funds on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use TradeProof AI. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you are legally permitted to use trading journal and analytics software in your country of residence.

3. Your account & acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose, or to submit content that is abusive, fraudulent, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the service outside of normal use, or attempt to circumvent rate limits or subscription restrictions.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free trial periods.

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently delete any account that violates these terms.

4. Financial disclaimer

• All AI feedback is generated automatically based on the information you provide and is intended for educational and self-reflection purposes only.
• An AI grade, compliance score, or "Good" rating is not a guarantee, prediction, or endorsement of any future trading outcome or profit.
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. You should not rely on TradeProof AI as a substitute for independent research or advice from a licensed financial professional.
• Past performance shown in your journal or analytics (win rate, P&L, equity curve) is historical data you entered yourself and is not indicative of future results.

5. Payment, subscription & refund policy

TradeProof AI offers a free trial period, after which continued access to paid features requires a subscription billed in USDT cryptocurrency.

Plans. Two subscription tiers are offered:

• Free trial — 7 days. Includes unlimited manual trade logging, strategies, the calendar journal and performance analytics. CSV import is limited to 20 trades during the trial.
• Pro — $29 USD per month. Includes everything in the trial with unlimited CSV import, AI trade grading, the AI chat coach and weekly coaching notes.
• Elite — $69 USD per month. Includes everything in Pro, plus Discipline Impact, Trading Times and Prop Rules tracking.

Features included in each tier may change as the platform develops. Any change that removes a feature from a tier you are currently subscribed to will not affect your access for the remainder of your paid period.

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, NOWPayments. We do not directly handle or store your wallet credentials.
• The amount your wallet is asked to send is slightly higher than the plan price. The difference covers blockchain network and processing fees. This is configured so that the full plan price reaches us and your subscription activates without shortfall. The exact amount required is always displayed before you pay.
• Access is granted only after a payment has fully settled — not merely when the blockchain shows a confirmation. This normally takes a few minutes longer but ensures your access is never granted against a payment that later fails.
• Each subscription period is 30 days. If you renew before your current period ends, the remaining days are added to the new period rather than lost.
• Paying the Elite price upgrades your tier immediately. Paying the Pro price while on Elite will place your account on the Pro tier for the new period.
• Cryptocurrency payments are generally irreversible. Because of how blockchain transactions work, payments made via TradeProof AI are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• If you send less than the required subscription amount, your account will not be upgraded, and the partial amount is not automatically applied toward a future payment unless you contact support.
• If you send more than the required amount, contact support — overpayments are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not automatically refunded.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by network congestion or by the payment provider, both of which are outside our control.
• Subscriptions never renew automatically. Cryptocurrency payments cannot be charged on a recurring basis, so no amount is ever taken from you without an action on your part. We send an email reminder before your access ends.
• When a subscription period ends without renewal, access to paid features stops but your data is retained. Your journal, strategies and reports remain intact and become available again on renewal.

6. Suspension, deletion & termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently delete any account, at our discretion, for violation of these terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or non-payment. You may delete your own trade data at any time from Settings, or request full account deletion by contacting us.

7. Changes to the service

We may modify, add to, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time; continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradeProof AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including but not limited to trading losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
